Le Tropique Villa offers an exceptional stay with its friendly staff, clean and stylish apartment, and stunning seaside location. The views are breathtaking, making every moment memorable. Highly recommended for a perfect blend of comfort and beauty.

EVERYTHING here is first rate. Your hostess and staff are responsive and accommodating, the property is well-situated on a main road but quiet and sufficiently private. The building itself is like a luxury condo, easy to enjoy! If you need a taxi, a tour, or restaurant choices, your hostess will steer you right. We had a wonderful week here.

Останавливались с супругом в конце октября на 4 дня. Очень довольны нашим выбором, прекрасные вилеты на берегу со своим пляжем и шезлонгами, внутри все прекрасно оборудовано, есть кухня и все принадлежности, качественное постельное белье и полотенца, ежедневная уборка, везде очень чисто. Тереза и её команда делают отдых максимально комфортным и помогают со всеми вопросами и пожеланиями, завтрак накрывают на вашей веранде. Расположение тоже отличное, рядом в шаговой доступности магазины, рестораны, еда на вынос. Нужно обязательно брать машину и смотреть остров самостоятельно.

My husband and I stayed at the end of October for 4 days. We are very pleased with our choice, wonderful villas on the shore with their own beach and sun loungers, everything is perfectly equipped inside, there is a kitchen and all accessories, high-quality bed linen and towels, daily cleaning, everything is very clean. Teresa and her team make your stay as comfortable as possible and help with all questions and wishes, breakfast is served on your veranda. The location is also excellent, shops, restaurants and takeaways are within walking distance. You should definitely take a car and see the island on your own.

Great location with its own little beach and within walking distance to multiple fantastic restaurants. The rooms were immaculate and clean with great facilities and a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfy. The seaview rooms are great and the view is stunning! Terese is extremely friendly, provides a great service and has great local knowledge being Seychelloise. We felt nothing was too much hassle to ask. We really enjoyed our time here and are hoping to return next year!

Zeer aardig personeel en eigenaar. Heerlijk ontbijt en super kamer overal in voorzien. Een mooi verblijf gehad bij deze aardige mensen! We hebben een auto gehuurd waarmee we het hele eiland over zijn gegaan. Echte aanrader!

Great apartment and a great host, we got a lot of help from Therese to find our way around the island. Also we got a bit lucky because we got a oceanview villa on the top floor with the great view of the ocean.
The apartment is clean and spacious enough with all the apliances. Definetly recomend it.

New and clean apartments, big and comfortable beds. Beach is on the other side of the road.
Owner Therese is great and very helpful.
If you wat to rent a car or book some tours just all you have to do is talk to her.

Direkt am Meer, erwartete uns das schöne Appartement im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf das Wasser und den kleinen Strand
Süßer Empfang durch Therese, mit einem Hinweis auf Buchungen von Bootstouren. Sie kennt sich aus und buchte uns eine Tour.
Das Appartement hatte alles mit Blumen geschmückt, die Küche war voll ausgestattet und auf der Terasse konnten wir super essen.
Vor allem, war das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag super sauber gemacht. Alles war gepflegt und ordentlich.
Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr wohl.
Die höflichen Angestellten, hatten immer einen netten Gruß parat und achteten auf ihre Gäste. 1A.????

Eigentlich verdient die Unterkunft 5 Punkte, da es sehr schön angelegt ist und die Zimmer absolut ausreichend und gut ausgestattet sind. Allerdings konnten wir den direkten Strand nicht nutzen wegen des Seegrases, welches von Mai bis Oktober dort vorhanden ist und der Wohnbereich (außerhalb des Schlafzimmers) war ohne Klimaanlage dann doch zu heiss. Aber die Gastgeberin und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war auch gut und man hatte einen Minimarkt um die Ecke sowie zwei leckere Restaurants. Wir sind mit dem Bus problemlos an den Anse Georgette gefahren- Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe. Das Wlan war auch sehr gut!

Le lieux est charmant, juste à côté de la plage. Magasins et restaurants à proximité.

Leuke plek aan het strand Grand Anse. Bushalte, supermarkt en take-away, om de hoek. De gastvrouw is ook zeer attent en kan alles voor je regelen. Haar dochter heeft een eigen autoverhuur, dus als je een auto wilt huren, regel het via de gastvrouw.

Une bonne adresse fort sympathique ayant un bon rapport qualité/prix.
La chambre est propre et spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la mer, proche de petits restaurants dont le Lobster que nous avons beaucoup aimé.
Si je devais mettre un bémol à notre séjour, ce serait le petit-déjeuner : copieux mais certains produits n'étaient pas au top (cake, jus de fruits, pain et yaourts industriels)
La chambre est propre et spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la mer, proche de petits restaurants dont le Lobster que nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.
Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt und ein Obststand. Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße gehen und Liegen gibt es auch.
In der Unterkunft selber ist alles da was braucht. Ist komplett Neu. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und richtig herzlich, da fühlt man sich wohl.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte auf Praslin und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeberin Therese hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns bei allen Wünschen unterstützt.
Direkt am sehr ruhigen Strand gelegen und ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um Anse Georgette, Valle de Mai und eine großartige Bootstour mit Angel Tours nach Curieuse / St Pierre zu machen.
Wir würden das genau so wieder machen und hoffen, irgendwann wiederzukommen.
Direkt am sehr ruhigen Strand gelegen und ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um Anse Georgette, Valle de Mai und eine großartige Bootstour mit Angel Tours nach Curieuse / St Pierre zu machen.
Wir würden das genau so wieder machen und hoffen, irgendwann wiederzukommen.
