Our stay at Constance Ephelia was, in a word, fantastic! We were warmly welcomed by Hiru and Sheila, who took good care of us and helped to ensure that we really felt at home in this resort. Sheila gave us a tour and told us about all the beautiful things Constance has to offer, because there is so much to experience and see here!

From a beautiful spa to multiple tennis courts, 5 restaurants, its own zipline course, hiking opportunities, a kids' club and fitness room. Whatever you name it, Ephelia has it!

What is also very special is that the resort borders two beaches, yes indeed, this resort is that big! But they still manage to make it cozy and pleasant, with several small swimming pools, bars and restaurants.

The food is exceptionally good, really compliments because we had such delicious meals at Ephelia. Especially at Cyan restaurant, where we had a fine dining menu with matching wines that sommelier Johanna perfectly selected for us.

The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. These are cleaned thoroughly every day and in the evening the bed and bathroom are already installed for you so that you hardly have to do anything yourself ;)!

I can only be positive about our stay. I would recommend it to everyone!

We had the incredible pleasure of staying at the Constance Ephelia Resort in the Seychelles, and it's hard to put into words how thrilled we are with this experience. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly special.

We would like to particularly highlight our buggy driver, Mike, who was always there for us with a smile on his face and kind words, and our island guide, Clive, who showed us the most beautiful spots on the island. Equally impressive was Mrs. Caroline, our breakfast server. Her warm and sovereign service and the delicious food made starting the day a true delight.

The resort itself is breathtaking, surrounded by tropical beauty and with stunning beaches. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Ephelia Resort offers a wide range of activities and culinary delights. It was an unforgettable stay that we highly recommend to everyone. We are deeply grateful to the entire team at the Constance Ephelia Resort for this unforgettable experience!

Our stay at the Constance Ephelia was amazing. The location is very big, and includes multiple beaches, a great nature hike, and many spots to relax and enjoy. It is located by a marine park, so the snorkeling by North beach is amazing on a clear visibility day. There are many food options and the quality of the food is really good. The service is also amazing. Special thanks to Serge B., the GSM, as he really took care of an issue we had in our room, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Great service all around. I highly recommend a stay there.

I was travelling with my husband to Seychelles. Had booked stay at Constance ephelia, Mahe for 3 Nights. Had to cancel the trip as our flight got cancelled by the Airline. The management of this hotel is not at all trying to understand the situation and denying refund. So disgusted with the hospitality of this hotel. Will not suggest anybody travelling to Seychelles to ever stay at this property.

Pathetic Experience with the management team of this this hotel. Seychelles is a purely tourist bases Island and This Hotel claims to be a ultra luxury customer oriented property but they are exact opposite of this. Their customers service is absolute pathetic. I will not suggest anybody visiting Seychelles to ever stay at this property.

We have just returned from a ten night stay at the Constance Ephelia where we had the most fantastic holiday. This is an outstanding resort in a paradise setting with the most friendly and welcoming staff you could possibly wish for.
Everything about it was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants
on the south beach.

The spa was incredible and treatments there were superb. In particular the facial was probably the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was fantastic with so much choice that we were never bored. We tried all of the restaurants except for Cyann and without exception they were excellent.
The resort never felt busy and there were so many places to sit and relax.
We used the fitness centre - I swam and my husband used the gym where facilities were great. We also tried the zip line on the resort which was great fun and joined the walk to swim in the waterfall which was difficult but a fantastic experience. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this one rates among the best. We would return again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.

The Constance Ephelia is an extraordinary Resort, which leaves nearly nothing to be desired! Service, rooms and food are excellent quality. Only the prices for the beverages are extremly high. Maybe the management could think about it...
Especially our best wishes to Emmanuel and his whole team at the "Kabana-Bar" at the north beach. Always had funny entertainment with them, and the best mixed cocktails on the Seychelles! :-)

Wunderschöne, riesige Anlage tolle, große Zimmer (wir hatten die billigste Kategorie "Tropical Garden Room" und das Zimmer war riesig und wunderschön!) und was ich an dieser Stelle besonders hervorheben möchte ist die einzigartige Crew der Kabana-Bar am Nordstrand! :) Also diese Jungs sind wirklich einmalig! Der schnelle Service, die Freundlichkeit, die Professionalität, das Eingehen auf die Wünsche der Gäste - also das ist wirklich die beste Bar-Crew die ich je in einem Urlaub hatte! Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Emmanuel und sein Team, bestehend aus Javier, Kamal, Valentino, Phai, Arnel, Elton und Siddarth - ihr habt unsere Urlaub einzigartig gemacht, wir fühlten uns bei euch wie zu Hause und ihr macht einzigartig tolle Cocktails! ;)

Ein traumhaft schöner Ort, wunderbare Mitarbeitende, welche einem die Wünsche sehr gern erfüllen (auch die, von denen man noch gar nichts wusste!
Allen einen RIESENGROSSES DANKESCHOEN, besondern jedoch an Shiva, welcher unsere Suite immer zu etwas besonderem machte und Aru von der Pool-Bar, welcher uns immer sehr zuvorkommend und lächelnd durch den Tag begleitete!

Für uns ist das Hotel Constance Ephelia auf Mahe auch im zweiten Jahr der perfekte Ort zur Erholung. Angefangen von der wirklich sehr schönen Hotelanlage über die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das vielfältige Angebot in den Restaurants lässt das Hotel mit seinem Team keine Wünsche offen.

Probleme/Anregungen/Verbesserungsvorschläge werden umgehend in die Tat umgesetzt.
Das Management hat immer ein offenes
Ohr dafür.

Besonders beeindruckend und eher ungewohnt ist die Freundlichkeit auf den Seychelleninseln.

Wir haben die Reise als Oma 60 Jahre, Mutter 39 Jahre und Kind 5 Jahre als Familienurlaub gebucht. Bezogen haben wir die Junior S. 106 und waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Prinzipiell können wir sagen, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und umsichtig ist. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Aru am Pool und bei unserem Reinigungsmanager und dem Shutteldriver! Einfach nur hervorragend! Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Was wir vermisst haben war eine Art von Wäscheständer zum aufhängen der Badesachen.

I recently visited Constance Ephelia, and it was truly amazing! The stunning beaches and breathtaking views made the trip unforgettable. The employees were incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a perfect place for a calm and relaxing getaway. While the food could be better, the overall atmosphere more than compensates for it. The only concern is the high prices, which can be a drawback.

Loved my four day stay here. I chose the north side of the property as it was quieter. The room was lovely and the view amazing. It rained quite a bit and umbrellas was replete all over the property so I could still walk around with my toddler. Super clean property, nice restaurants and extremely pleasant staff.

Größtes Resort im indischen Ozean. Wer die wirklichen Seychellen erleben möchte, sollte hier nicht absteigen. Bei uns war es der letzte Stopp nach zwei anderen Insel und deshalb zum Entspannen in Ordnung. Check-in dauerte leider 1 std, das ist definitiv zu lang. Jeder hat ja eine lange Anreise hinter sich. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Sehr viele Familien im Resort, da es auch eine ganze Reihe von Familienzimmern gibt. Zum entspannen an den Südstrand gehen. Gepflegter und ruhiger. Nordstrand zwar besser zum Baden, sehr voll, liegen eng an eng und schmuddelig. Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants (alle sehr hochpreisig für teilweise fast-Food) und ein riesiger Buffettempel. Dort sind leider viele Speisen kalt und die Nachtische nicht gekühlt. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und jeder grüßt einen. Unser housekeeping war super. Mussten anfangs das Zimmer tauschen, hat aber sehr schnell geklappt. Und war es generell zu groß, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Erinnerte teilweise an ein all- in Resort.

Wir waren für 6 Nächte im Constance Euphelia.
Der Check In hat bei uns über eine Stunde gedauert. Dies ist in unseren Augen zu lang, auch wenn es eine große Anlage ist und natürlich auch noch andere Gäste gleichzeitig eingecheckt wurden. Wir bekamen ein Gartenzimmer (Zimmer 547). Dieses Zimmer roch leider sehr muffig und nach Schimmel. Wir gaben direkt bei der Rezeption Bescheid, dass wir in diesem Zimmer nicht bleiben möchten. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass gleich der Chef des Housekeeping Teams kam und sich um den Zimmerwechsel kümmerte. Wir bekamen innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein neues Zimmer angeboten und wurden auf eine Junior Suite upgegradet.
In diesem Zimmer war die Matratze sehr durchgelegen. Wir gaben wieder beim Housekeeping Bescheid und es wurden uns mehrere Topper unter das Bett gelegt. Leider war das Bett damit viel zu weich. Wir ließen die Topper wieder entfernen und nahmen dafür lieber die durchgelegene Matratze in Kauf.
Das Hotel wirbt mit Nachhaltigkeit und co. Leider wird diese nicht überall eingehalten. Rund um die Pools gibt’s Wasserspender mit kleinen Pappbechern. Mein Tipp: jeder Gast sollte einen Mehrwegbecher bekommen, den er auffüllen kann. Spart sehr viel Müll im Resort.
Es gibt den South und North Beach. Uns hat es am South Beach besser gefallen, da es dort ruhiger ist. Am North Beach ist viel mehr los (teilweise auch öffentlicher Strand) und die Liegen von Hotel stehen dicht an dicht. Zudem ist der North Beach ungepflegt und auch auf und zwischen den Liegen und Auflagen liegt Müll und es ist verschmutzt.
Wir haben mittags in verschiedenen Restaurants gegessen (wir hatten Halbpension gebucht). Das Adam & Eve ist zu empfehlen, da es hier eine gute Auswahl an asiatischen Gerichten gibt. Die Preise jedoch auch sehr hoch. Am Pool haben wir uns ab und zu einen Drink bestellt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen ist der Milkshake für 190 Rupien (13 €). Dieser schmeckt wie ein Milchmix aus dem Supermarkt. Ein vegetarisches Clubsandwich kostet 26€. Aus Interesse schauten wir uns mal die Preise in der minibar an: für ein Kit Kat und Mars werden 6€ verlangt (zum Vergleich: für lokale kostet ein Schokoriegel im Supermarkt 5 Rupien). Wir fragten uns mehrmals, wie die hohen Preise in den Restaurants zustande kommen. Die Sunset Bar am North Beach ist schön, Cocktails gibt’s ab 20€ aufwärts.

Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich, lächelt und ist zuvorkommend. Einmal wurde mir sogar dabei geholfen, mein Frühstücksei an den Tisch zu bringen. Das Housekeeping war auch immer sehr zuvorkommend und fragte manchmal auch täglich, ob wir noch etwas brauchen würden.

Das Hotel verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, bei denen man innerhalb der Halbpension auch abends essen kann. Hier sollte man jedoch mehrere Tage im Voraus einen Tisch buchen. Kurzfristig und am gleichen Tag waren immer alle Restaurants ausgebucht. Aus diesem Grund waren wir meist im Buffetrestaurant. Hier gibt es eine große Auswahl und es sind immer verschiedene Themenabende wie mediterran, Cowboy (amerikanisch) etc. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: die meisten Speisen sind frittiert (Gemüse,Fleisch etc.) Zudem werden die Nachspeisen wie bspw. Torten etc. nicht gekühlt, sodass diese meist geschmolzen sind. Die meisten Speisen sind zudem kalt. Die Behälter halten die Speisen anscheinend nicht lange warm und durch das häufige auf- und zumachen der Behälter werden die Speisen kalt.
Pluspunkt beim Fitnessstudio: gute Auswahl der Geräte.
Insgesamt sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass das Resort eine kleine Insel für sich ist. Das Buffetrestaurant gleicht einem großen Essentempel und zu den Stoßzeiten ist auch gut was los. Wer mehr Privatsphäre sucht, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel, je nach Geschmack, in Ordnung. Wir würden jedoch aufgrund der Größe und auch der Preise im Resort bei unserem nächsten Mahé Besuch in ein anderes Hotel gehen.

The presence of a dedicated wine cellar and the expertise of adept sommeliers notably enhance the gourmet experience, affirming Constance Ephelia as a memorable destination of opulence and exquisite dining. Specifically the Sales Manager Sheila Banane, was very professional and helped us feel at home!

Une delle migliori esperienze che abbia mai fatto. Esteticamente parlando, la location era veramente stupenda, la camera, le piscine e i ristoranti, tutto molto curato e ben tenuto. Per quanto riguarda la camera, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare dei cioccolatini deliziosi e una borsa per la spiaggia, la pulizia era ottimo, dovuto principalmente al nostro “room boy”, Hadis, il quale lasciava spesso delle creazioni molto carine con gli asciugamani. Era tutto ben servito, a partire dagli asciugamani in dotazione per la spiaggia e la piscina fino ad arrivare al servizio navetta per girare il resort, essendo di grandi dimensioni.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, c’era una grandissima selezione di diverse etnie, essendo celiaca, non avrei potuto trovarmi meglio. A colazione c’era una spazio dedicato a pietanze fresche senza glutine e a pranzo/cena era possibile chiedere consigli agli chef o ai camerieri, tutti molto preparati.
Lo staff è stato incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e molto servizievole per l’intera durata del soggiorno. Spero di poter tornare presto perché ci ho lasciato il cuore.
