Pineapple-coco, banana-rum, papaya-vanilla, mango-corossol or, more simply, carom, jackfruit, green lemon: restoring the taste of fruits, the famous Maison home jams deserve a stopover on the cul de sac road leading to Police Bay, beyond that for Stewardship. You can taste them before you elect the two or three varieties that will remember, once in France, the enchanting archipelago at the breakfast table. The jams are bought in the beautiful house perched by Rosi, a charming German lady.
