The Laguna Rosada runs along route 27 which connects the port of Telchac to Progreso. It is quite magnificent and is inhabited by various species of birds, including numerous colonies of pink flamingos, which dive into particularly intense pink water in some places. Unlike Celestún, no tourist operator offers the possibility of taking walks through the lagoon. It is therefore necessary to be satisfied to observe this surprising spectacle from the road that leads to the site of Xcambo. Photographers who will be able to capture the magic of the place!
