SE PROMOCIONAN EN SMART BOX Y CUANDO LLAMAS PARA RESERVAR NUNCA HAY HABITACIONES. MIRAS PARA LAS MISMA FECHAS DISPONIBILIDAD POR BOOKING Y HAY DISPONIBLE , OSEA NO QUIEREN HACER LA RESERVA MEDIANTE SMARTBOX. QUE NO HAGAN PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, MIENTEN A SUS CLIENTES.

Endroit magnifique emplacement exceptionnel une vue à couper le souffle…endroit inimaginable. Hôtel tout neuf état impeccable très bien entretenu…. Dommage que la piscine soit fermée … accès au spa un peu cher 40€ / pers … cuisine : soupe de poisson en boite dommage !! 2 croûtons qui se courent après …,

So we had a change to visit the hotel. The location is great, very beautiful place and nice rooms.
The restaurant...damn... The food is tasteless, We were very surprised by the flavors of the dishes, starting from the starters and finishing with the main course. Even the spoons with the aperitifs was something that you better not even bother yourself with trying. And of course the service... The only people who smiled was at the reception (not all of them) and the maids. The maids are the most friendly people in the hotel. But anyway I was waiting for some easy requests to be resolved for 2 hours and only after me calling them again it was done. The service in the restaurant is AWFUL, they were grump and just throwing everything on the table so that we felt ourselves guilty for coming and making them work.

habíamos reservado para semana santa una de las 4 suites terraza con jacuzzi y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que nada más llegar notamos olor a cloaca en la habitación procedente de la ducha.
lo peor vino cuando nos metimos Jacuzzi que desprendía un olor el agua horrible. para colmo estuvimos tumbados en la terraza media hora qué es lo que se puede aguantar cuando tienes las chimeneas de las cocinas a tan solo 3 metros de distancia de las tumbonas y ojo!...estamos hablando de una suite de más de 600 € por noche no de la pensión santa teresa!!!. esa misma noche cuando llegamos de cenar y debido al fuerte olor que desprendía la ducha del baño solicitamos un cambio de habitación a las 11 de la noche. nos trasladaron a una júnior suite en la planta segunda de la cual nos desalojaron al día siguiente tan solo teniendo la posibilidad de volver a la suite es la planta tercera o quedarnos con una habitación normal porque el hotel no nos daba otra solución.
creemos que esta forma de actuar es una vergüenza para la imagen que representa paradores y más tratándose de un enclave tan especial.
cabe decir que aunque el hotel fue reformado al completo en el año 2020 las 4 suite de las plantas superiores no se reformaron y se encuentran en un estado deplorable. aunque aquí no termina el caos de este parador. la primera noche que bajamos a cenar los platos que habíamos pedido estaban precocinados y recalentados unas cuantas veces. devolvimos los platos y nos fuimos a la cama sin cenar.
en definitiva os recomiendo que si vais a este hotel pensar bien antes de alquilar una suite y sobre todo si vais a cenar revisar bien la comida porque el cocinero de este hotel es nefasto.
eso sí el enclave es único y merece la pena solo por el paisaje.

Très bon séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel, l emplacement est au top , on surplombe la mer dans tout l hôtel.
Un bémol, le service que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou au bar est très bruyant.... chariot , débarrassage des tables avec assiettes et tasses qui s entrechoquent ... . Sinon tout est parfait

El millor Parador segons la meva opinió. Hotel amb vistes increïble. Cuina molt recomanable. El personal del servei de bar tenia problemes per entendre la comanda en català.

Pasamos el fin de semana y fue una increible experiencia en el Parador. el restaurante merece la pena, tienen variedad de platos y la calidad es muy buena. Todo el hotel tiene vistas muy bonitas, todas las habitaciones dan al mar. Los trabajadores muy atentos en todo momento. El parador tiene un camino para bajar a la playa de aiguablava, una de las mas bonitas de la costa brava.

I spent the weekend with my parents and a Catalan friend at The aiguablava. Yes the architecture And the view are beautiful. It really is stunning. However the staff is horrible. The rules are for children and there is no management around. This is NOT the hospitality of a four star hotel. They were not helpful to get us a taxi. They were not helpful when recommending a place to go and see in the area. They gave attitude during breakfast and attitude at the dinner place. They seem annoyed by everyone and you could often see them annoyed and angry towards others.
I would strongly recommend people to not go to this hotel. There are many other beautiful places in costa Brava where the staff ARE friendly and helpful. This place is not worth the money and should be demoted to two stars.

Nous nous sommes rendu dans ce lieu suite à un cadeau fait par des amis.
Le jour de mon anniversaire.
A l'accueil refus de nous accueillir car nous étions accompagné d'une petite chienne .
Nous avons demandé le remboursement car il n'est pas mentionné sur le site de l'hôtel que les chiens ne sont pas acceptés.!!!
Refus de la standardiste.
Aucune empathie.
Nous avons proposé de changer la date.
Refus catégorique.
Un courrier à la direction de cet hôtel s'impose.
Je vous conseille d'éviter cet établissement.

Lugar de ensueño sobre un acantilado con vistas al mar y a una cala. Hemos contratado servicio de desayuno, cena y spa. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque faltaban algunos productos esenciales como mermeladas, plátanos y huevo/bacon. La ubicación es inmejorable, vistas únicas y de ensueño. La cena estuvo muy buena; hemos comido cordero y bistec. El spa está bien, es pequeño pero acogedor. El masaje bastante sencillo, pero logró el cometido: relajar. Súper recomendable para parejas, amigos y pares.

Restaurant avec vue magnifique mais service impersonnel et cuisine médiocre. Crustacés trop cuits notamment. À faire uniquement pour le cadre.

Malgré une cuisine tout à fait correcte, on ne peut que regretter une grosse erreur de prise de commande sur le plat principal, une attente interminable pour prendre un verre avant de passer à table et déguster un Spritz à 9€ sans aucun goût sans oublier des toilettes dans un état lamentable pour un hôtel 4*! Dommage car la vue est superbe!

Dans un hôtel à la décoration moderne, face à la mer, un restaurant de qualité avec un personnel serviable et agréable. Je ne le recommanderai pas car je ne le veux très égoïstement que pour moi -rires-

Poissons parfaitement cuits et plutôt copieux. Dommage qu’un cheesecake insipide et au moins de la veille vienne gâcher une aussi belle restauration. Le cadre est idyllique de jour mais pas très romantique le soir sans vue. Un bon repas mais desserts à revoir.

El restaurante no es tal, es un comedor, con luz a toda castaña y sin ninguna gracia, no vale la pena quedarse, mucho mejor bajar al “Toc al mar”que hay a 2’ andando. Si bajaran la intensidad de la luz y lo hicieran más íntimo, vendría a cenar gente de fuera del hotel. La cafetería la lleva 1 sola persona (abril) y va de bólido, pero sirve para comer algo sin pretensiones, sandwich o similar. La vista es bessstial, ya eso vale la pena.
El spa es normalito también, me hice un masaje pero no me preguntaron intensidad, por lo que me pareció flojo.
El servicio del hotel en general es correcto, amable, pero le queda mucho para ser 4**** falta mucho detalle y att al cliente, me refiero a ser un 10, ahora mismo es un 7.
No obstante, vale la pena ir por el enclave y las instalaciones, son un espectáculo. Ahora bien, insisto, si le pusieran cariño a los detalles, sería una barbaridad. Es mi opinión!
