At the Ferme des Cabrioles, located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, about sixty goats of the Poitevine and Alpine breeds produce beautiful cheese. Pampered, having at their disposal ten hectares of pastures just for them, the milk they produce is of impeccable quality. The specialities of the house? The fresh honey lavender heart and the cider square. The owners will welcome you with pleasure to introduce you to the biquettes and make you discover the manufacturing process of the different cheeses.
