The village of Binga was built in the 1960s to serve as a governmental administrative center for the Tonga who were uprooted from their land and relocated further west. This is the main reason why it is so important to have a good understanding of the concept of the "Creative City model", which is based on the concept of the "Creative City model". There is a small hospital, a school, a few grocery stores, a crocodile farm, hot springs and a handicraft store where you can buy Tonga products at very low prices. Binga is also home to the largest sandy beach in the country.
