One of the most beautiful places I've been too

Vraiment un super hôtel, belle chambre, belle vue, magnifique piscine.
Personnel très très agréable.
Demi pension plutôt pas mal. Des fois il n’y a pas tout ce qui été affiché au menu dommage.
Les autres restaurants sont assez cher par contre contrairement aux restaurants extérieurs.

Ich habe mich noch nie so gut umsorgt gefühlt wie in diesem Hotel.
Der Service ist unglaublich und sehr individuell. In allen Bereichen werden die Gäste auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt. Die Umgebung und die Zimmer sind traumhaft, das Küchenteam spitze und das Spa jeden Besuch wert.
Als es mir einige Tage nicht gut ging, bin ich auf eine Welle der Hilfsbereitschaft gestoßen, die alles andere als selbstverständlich war.
Ich kann nur sagen, das muss man erlebt haben.

Very nice hotel with a lovely staff.
Rooms are big and confortable with a nice balcony with a view to the tamarin bay.

We loved everything about our stay there! 100% recommend !
The staff is super nice, always super responsive and happy to help for taxis, car rental etc.
The place is beautiful, rooms are super quiet and big with a nice terrace. And the fact that the hotel is not too big makes the atmosphere nicer.
The pool is heated (which is not the case at Sugar Beach hotel nearby for instance). And finally all the activities included are great (e.g. aquagym, snorkling trip, watersports to rent)!

J'avoue des fois ne pas comprendre les peu de commentaires négatifs de cet établissement..
Le lieu est magnifique, l'accueil de notre arrivée est top, la nourriture du buffet est superbe tous les soirs un nouveau thème.
La propreté est super,la piscine top.
Merci à Stéphane des excursions aquatiques que je n'ai pas pu saluer lors de mon départ pour l'inscription de la nage avec les dauphins et on a même vu la baleine.
Toute l'équipe est géniale, attentionné et sympa naturellement.
L'hôtel est très bien situé si vous aimez être au calme, excellent emplacement pour faire les excursions. Nick du bar est super et la personne à l'accueil en blanc avec les médaillons en or est top aussi.
Je garderais en mémoire un excellent séjour sur cette île et espère pouvoir y retourner un jour.

Das Essen hatte große Auswahl und war sehr exotisch.
Sehr schöner Meerblick, viele Sportaktivitäten inklusive.
Der Urlaub war dort für uns was besonderes und empfehlenswert!

Ein Traumurlaub wurde wahr. Ein perfektes Hotel, Services, Ambiente, Personal einfach traumhaft, zuvorkommend, höflich usw. Essen reichliches,leckeres Buffet. Nach der Ankunft konnten wir erst in Ruhe frühstücken. Zimmerservice perfekt.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleiner Gartenanlage. Immer freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes Essen mit reichlich Auswahl. Die Leute, die hier über das Essen meckern, würde ich gerne mal besuchen und Ihre Küche probieren. Außer der Pizza und den Nudeln gab es täglich neue Gerichte. Zwischendurch gab es am Pool und Strand kleine Snacks und Getränke auf Kosten des Hotels. Einziger Nachteil, der etwas weiter entfernte Ort Flic en Flac. Nach Tamarin kann man bequem zu Fuß durch einen kleinen Wald in ca 20 Minuten gehen. Hier sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen, da man 2 x einen kleinen Bach durchwaten muss. Sehr schöner Strandabschnitt, nicht überlaufen. Würde diese Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Le Sands est un hôtel charmant situé un peu à l'écart de Flic-en-Flac, à l'abris du bruit et des démarchages. Il s'adresse d'abord aux couples ou aux familles tranquilles car c'est endroit paisible.
Le site est superbe, avec vue spectaculaire sur le lagon, la baie de Tamarin (où l'on aperçoit parfois des dauphins), la "montagne" de Tamarin et le Morne.
L'établissement est beau , récemment rénové, avec de très grandes chambres, toutes vue mer, confortables et bien équipées (balcon ou terrasse partout).
Le Sands pourrait être comme beaucoup d'hôtels à Maurice, beau, confortable, avec un très bon service mais ce qui fait la différence, c'est l'attention portée à chaque client et la personnalisation des prestations. On s'y sent chouchouté et on n'a qu'une envie : y retourner.

- The welcome is very pleasant as always has Maurice (cocktail, etc.), welcomed with a smile. Splendid hotel! Only the view has the arrival: while watching straight, our view through the lobby, the swimming pool and our falls view on the sea! SPLENDID! The entrance of the hotel.
- Finishings in the rooms and the bathrooms perfect.
this location is perfect: in the quiet, taxi stand in front of the hotel, the town of Flic En Flac with shops...
- Breakfast with calm, with splendid birds to keep you company (and take us our pastry or enjoy our orange juice, but nothing malicious ☺). Moreover, the morning staff feeds the birds in the hotel gardens, magnificent spectacle!
- Restaurant open, quiet, relaxing, pleasant. The food is good, the chefs are very nice.
- Splendid lagoon. Ask for a mask, snorkel, and take your camera water for an incredible show colour and diversity. Beautiful fish and sea beds. The hotel sells a trip in a boat with foot of green, splendid, the sea beds, bénitiers, fish, corals... breathtaking!
- Staff and very nice cleaners, always a short note when someone is crossed.
the concierge staff is very friendly. Always the short note to make us laugh and loan has comply in 4 to meet with our request.
- Possibility of access has Internet room and the spa at the entrance of the hotel. Wi-fi in the rooms.
- Every day, we enter the room has 17:00, we found on the table a glass of rum and cakes. Chat with a manager of the hotel, we thanked them for these little gifts, and passing we said that we like cakes with coconut. The next day, SURPRISE, dozens of cakes has coconut expected us on the table!!!!
- Distribution of sorbet on the beach and in the hotel.
we sympathized with a lady and his son working at the hotel restaurant. We still contact.

More: the generosity and the kindness of the locals are found at staff!

In conclusion: Splendid hotel, which is worth it. The staff is very nice! Although the official language is English, they have a bad memories of the English occupation. It has kept the practice of French, and speak it beautifully well! I highly recommended!

A wonderful hotel with staff ready.
We left to our baby two years and we had the little details (including the restaurant where it was asked to us if there were things that the small did not like eating). TO RECOMMEND WITH CHILDREN!!!

We spent 10 days in this wonderful hotel for 50 years. The beach is not very large but the view over the bay of Tamarin and le morne is fabulous! We were very served good food daily, the small spa (very well, even for beauty treatments), quiet...
