Facing the sea, lying in the sand or on decks, it is the beach restaurant of the Hilton, both chic and cool, with wicker armchairs, stretched canvases, a few design touches... At lunchtime, you can choose from a selection of well-executed international dishes or dishes from Mauritian cuisine. In the evening, the menu of local flavours is worked in gastro mode. Arrive around 6.45pm/7pm for the torchlight ceremony, have an aperitif at the Aqua Bar, dine to the notes of the musical entertainment and then sink into the beach chairs to let the night go by...

De séjour à Flic en Flac pendant les vacances de Noël, nous en avons profité pour aller dîner au restaurant sur la plage de l'hôtel Hilton qui est magnifique. Même si les hôtels mauriciens sont protégés par des barrières, en vérité tout le monde peut aller déjeuner ou dîner (nous avions réservé par téléphone la veille). Les prix sont ceux d'un bon restaurant en France pour un cadre de bord de mer comme on n'en trouve quasiment pas à Maurice en dehors des hôtels.... Tout était délicieux, nous avons dîné les pieds dans le sable.
