Tercera vez que venimos porque nos gusta es confortable bien situado pero esta vez no nos gusto el servicio del restaurante , fuimos a cenar y habian 6 personas cenando es decir que no habia gente nos trajeron al cenar el vino blanco , pero tardaron casi 45 minutos a traernos el primer plato y quando nos quejamos de que el vino estaba ya caliente va y nos dicen que si queriamos nos ponian un cubito, vaya profesionalidad , al final nos lo cambiaron, seguro que al hotel volveremos pero al restaurante no

Muy bueno en general todo, el masaje antiestrés muy bueno y el spa también. Recomendado aunque es un poco caro.

Va ser fantàstic! Vam poder gaudir d una habitació superior a la que haviem reservat amb vistes al llac. La sauna i l’ spa moderns, nous i netíssims. Relació ecel.lent qualitat preu. Moltes gràcies!

Què trist que només puguis reservar un massatge donant les dades de la targeta de crèdit per telefon o mail, sistemes que òbviament no ofereixen cap tipus de seguretat. I que inclús vulguis pagar per avançat via transferència i et contestin que com no la veuran fins al cap d'un parell de dies, tampoc serveix. Un hotel d'aquestes característiques hauria de tenir un sistema de reserves més professional i segur. Una llàstima.
