The Caribbean in Palo Alto! On the menu, coconut milk shrimp, hot curried goat cheese, crab cakes and papaya salmon.
At Coconuts in Palo Alto, let your taste buds take you to the Caribbean. On the menu: coconut milk shrimp, hot curried goat's cheese and papaya salmon prepared by chef Robert Simpson, as well as the crabcakes that are a hit with regulars. All generously washed down with rums and beers directly imported from all the Caribbean islands (Jamaica, Cuba, etc.). Regular concerts include reggae, calypso, pan, rumba, salsa... Another good reason to drop in for a cocktail or dinner.

Wow, this food is very good!! I'll be a regular here. Amazing food for a decent price. The Ox tail is ridiculous ???? highly recommend! They were really kind and substituted the rice out for collard greens.

The jerk pork was fantastic! Super juicy and well spiced. The plantains were delicious and sweet. The manager came up and chatted with us, super nice and clearly cares about the restaurant. He brought us a sample of the habanero hot sauce, which had great flavor- I ended up taking a small container home!

Great place to have Caribbean food, loved the food specially the Jamaican goat curry, way better than what we get in Indian restaurants.
The best at Palo Alto and around
