This young market gardener from Colmar had the good idea of installing a vending machine for fresh vegetables (carrots, potatoes, lettuce, zucchinis, tomatoes, beet, etc.) in front of his property on rue de la Sem in Colmar, with 54 racks brimming with seasonal produce. Air-conditioned, they are restocked twice a day and are accessible at all hours. Payment is by cash or credit card, and the rack opens.
