La Brasserie du Grillen, microbrewery in Colmar: local beers, ephemeral brews and boutique bar, entertainment.
Three buddies, three stamped passports, one shared passion: craft beer. Luc, Thibaut and Jean-Cyril combined their travel memories and love of hops to create a microbrewery with a strong character. The result? Cirrus, Mosaïc, Hindi... vintages with accents from near and far, with the added bonus of Beerstorming, ephemeral brews inspired by the seasons. You can enjoy all this at La Brewup, their boutique-bar HQ, in an atmosphere as sparkling as their creations. Cheers to the globetrotters of suds!

Love this place, some of my all time favorites and seasonal surprises.
Close to the city center and lots of happening things, friendly staff, great snacks and amazing Craft beers.
Can't recommend this place enough.
