This landmark is home to the headquarters of CIVA (Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins d'Alsace). It is also a reception center for the general public, offering presentations of the vineyards and grape varieties, introductory tastings, food and wine pairings... A relief map presents the vineyards, villages and tourist sites. A scale model shows the evolution of the winegrower's work, and a permanent exhibition displays objects related to viticulture and Alsace wines.
