The farmers of the Valley of Munster invite themselves in the heart of the old town of Colmar in this nice shop which abounds in excellent craft products. Mainly cheeses: Tome du Val Saint-Grégoire, Mussiger Schwiserkas, organic Bleu des Vosges and all kinds of Munster cheeses (matured, raw milk, white...). There are also excellent home-made charcuteries, pies (pork, poultry, ham...), cooked dishes, jams and honeys, as well as a fine range of wines and spirits from Alsace. Baskets filled and made to measure.

We had a brioche filled with munster cheese and seasoned with cumin. The shopkeeper lady has warmed it up for us. It was perfection.
