The farmers of the Valley of Munster invite themselves in the heart of the old town of Colmar in this nice shop which abounds in excellent craft products. Mainly cheeses: Tome du Val Saint-Grégoire, Mussiger Schwiserkas, organic Bleu des Vosges and all kinds of Munster cheeses (matured, raw milk, white...). There are also excellent home-made charcuteries, pies (pork, poultry, ham...), cooked dishes, jams and honeys, as well as a fine range of wines and spirits from Alsace. Baskets filled and made to measure.

Прекрасний магазин місцевих спеціалітетів. Я взяла свіжий козячий сир та пиріг з мʼясом та цибулею, який був гарно приправлений і тісто було дуже смачне! Обслуговування було дуже привітне! Дякую!!!

We had the Brioche with Munster and cumin and the Brioche with Munster and Blueberry. The nice lady heated them in-house. She also explained us the different options available to try and how long they should be heated. The brioche dough was very fluffy and tasty. The filling was something I guess one can only try in this region. Great culinary experience and one gets full very fast.
