Initiated by Patrick Pfrimmer, this cooperative store is inspired by the example of the Park Slope Food Coop created in Brooklyn in 1973. Following the example of this New York store, Les Oies Sauvages operates on the principle of personal commitment: the members manage the store and its traffic while participating in its operation for three hours every four weeks.

Je ne peux que acheter si je participe . Un paiement pour adhèrer, ok. Mais achat seulement si je "travaille ". Il y a des gens qui travaille toute la semaine, font leurs courses le samedi et le ménage le dimanche.
Il y doit pas avoir beaucoup de monde. Et c'est dommage un magasin comme ça dans le quartier et on n'y peut rien acheter.
