Within the Hostellerie Le Maréchal, this highly gastronomic restaurant has a terrace overlooking the Lauch in the heart of Little Venice. Would you like to sit down in the evening? You will appreciate the candlelight dinner with soft music in the background. In the kitchen, Chef Paul Fabuel creates little gustatory wonders. Foie gras nougat with hibiscus jelly, sea bream ceviche with Alsace rhubarb pickles, hot soufflé with passion fruit... It's a real symphony of flavors that spins its notes in your plate.

Das Personal ist sehr höflich. Der Ort ist gepflegt und überwiegend edel eingerichtet. Aber es geht ja um die Kulinarik: Die Weine sind ausgezeichnet, sehr überzeugend. Das Essen hingegen - vegetarisch - ist schön anzusehen, hat im ersten Hauptgang aber wenig Geschmack, ist fade. Der Zweite ist geschmackvoll, aber sehr einseitig. Das Dessert gefällt mir nicht in der geschmacklichen wie texturellen Auswahl, zu durcheinander. Fazit: Es sieht super aus, ist aber geschmacklich enttäuschend.
Preis-Leistung spiegelt sich letztlich in Wein und Service wieder.
