A hike along the forest paths of the Aspe valley, with a view of the Gorges d'Enfer.

The forests of the Vallée d'Aspe were once used to supply wood for the masts of the Royal sailing ships at the end of the 18th century. The 1,200-metre-long path, cut into the rock, forms a 4 x 4-metre gutter over more than 900 metres of its length, overlooking the Gorges d'Enfer. The route offers breathtaking views of the Portalet fort. This loop is an accessible hike suitable for families, with an ascent of 700 meters and a walking time of around 4h30.
