A discreet and very attentive welcome in a recent hotel that combines the charm of the old with the modern in the heart of the Ribeira.
A magnificent building on the banks of the Douro, designed and furnished with respect to the architecture of the place; inside, a clever and complex mix of exposed stones with Roman arches and modern decoration. The rooms are well equipped. A discreet, elegant and very attentive welcome. The restaurant is hidden in an alley under the arcades. You can enjoy traditional dishes cooked with great delicacy. A highly recommended address to spend a peaceful night and to enjoy a charming meal on the banks of the Douro.

We Stayed in the hotels apartment 1 min walk walk but enjoyed our breakfast here each morning the choice of foods and excellent coffee each day was fantastic, we found staff very helpful and pleasant and reception staff particularly a female receptionist was very kind gave great advice and helpful with knowledge of city minding our bags at check in and out and calling us a transfer to airport...the location is ideal it is perfectly situated to access to the river and main streets
