The oldest hotel in Oporto with old-world charm and rooms decorated with vintage furniture, good value for money and location.
This is Porto's oldest hotel. It opened its doors in 1877. It has retained its charm of yesteryear, with a very French feel due to its first French management. Pieces of antique furniture have been collected, giving the hotel a museum-like feel. The 42 rooms are decorated with vintage furnishings that are a joy to behold. Breakfast is served in the hotel's former restaurant or in the interior garden. French-speaking welcome. Beautifully maintained historic establishment. Good value for money and location.

Well located hotel on quite side street very close to the main shopping and central area of Porto. Clean, renovated rooms. Spacious. Very friendly staff. Recommended

Lovely, characterful boutique hotel in a great central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Avoid the food, from deepfreeze to microwave! Nice little bar for drinks after exploring too.

+++ ubicación( si vienes con el coche no lo recomendaria) , metro al lado, estación de tren muy cerca, catedral muy cerca, rio tb. +++ personal amable y empañado +++limpieza. - - - no hay rampa para maletas en la entrada - - - falta ganchos/ perchas para ropa exterior en la entrada - - - habitacion doble para personas muy chiquititas En general fue agradable.
