If you are in Tangtse, visit the very old Skoba Jigstan Shakyamuni, perched on a hill. You will have to climb 10 minutes to reach it. A small monastery houses sacred relics, Buddha statues and photos of the Dalai Lama. From here, the view over the valley is magnificent.
