Located at the foot of the Basilica, with a facade adorned with 16th-century carved wooden columns, Maison Glatigny has been a benchmark in Alençon for over 50 years. Alongside the pralines, you'll find the unmissable "Etrier Normand", a chocolate product from Orléans in homage to the region's horses and stud farms; the calvados-flavored "Sieurs d'Alençon" in memory of the town's former notables; and the "Point d'Alençon": a bonbon decorated with a white chocolate lace with caramel ganache, and flavored with green apple.
