Travel Guide Navahroudak (Навагрудак)

Located about 50 km south-east of Lida, Navahroudak is an enchanting place, lost in the middle of the countryside and forests, where time seems suspended. The city was first mentioned in 1044. In the 1323 th century it became the first capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and until, when the capital was moved to Vilna.
