Where to practice an individual sport Niagara Falls

The Niagara River Recreation Trail is a paved road that extends over 50 kilometres along the Niagara River. From Niagara-on-the-Lake to Fort Erie, you will cross beautiful landscapes. Between water and greenery, the route is striking. If you are a fan of hiking or cycling, don't miss this excursion, especially since it won't cost you a dime. This nature center is located in the Niagara Glen, an area overlooking the Niagara River rapids and the famous Niagara Whirlpool phenomenon. Approximately 4 km of trails wind through the Carolinian forest where prehistoric geological formations are also found. There is an exhibit about this natural site at the interpretive center, and you can also join a hike with a naturalist guide (May to August).
