The Niagara River Recreation Trail is a paved road that extends over 50 kilometres along the Niagara River. From Niagara-on-the-Lake to Fort Erie, you will cross beautiful landscapes. Between water and greenery, the route is striking. If you are a fan of hiking or cycling, don't miss this excursion, especially since it won't cost you a dime. Niagara Parks also manages other trails (see website for information).

This nature center is located in the Niagara Glen, an area overlooking the Niagara River rapids and the famous Niagara Whirlpool phenomenon. Approximately 4 km of trails wind through the Carolinian forest where prehistoric geological formations are also found. There is an exhibit about this natural site at the interpretive center, and you can also join a hike with a naturalist guide (May to August).
