Restaurant gastronomique avec service de qualité.
Un peu déçus de ne pas retrouver les plats mentionnés dans le menu à la carte. Ce fût une très belle expérience avec des plats excellents, mais nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu cet effet "wahou" comme dans d'autres établissements étoilés voire moins/pas étoilés.

THE best restaurant experience in the Geneva region (if not in Switzerland). Food on the menu are absolute pieces of culinary art: bliss for the palate, beauty for the eyes, fusions of tastes and textures that surprise you! Service is very professional and friendly. The decor, adequate to the cuisine. Beautifully situated - you have an impression to travel to another land! The Chef - with * awards! - is very approachable and friendly. What a discovery in Geneva! I returned, and will do so again.

As a group of three couples, we decided to book three rooms for just one night, and our stay turned out to be truly memorable. The property itself is beautiful, even in winter. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep.

The staff was exceptional. Cindy at the front desk, who was friendly and incredibly helpful, immediately made us feel welcome. Abou, our server during the delicious breakfast (everything was made in-house, even their own honey), displayed a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. The housekeeping staff was also polite and amiable.

We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Philippe Chevrier, the head of the Châteauvieux estate. Despite his status as a Michelin-starred chef, he displayed humility, friendliness, and genuine warmth. We eagerly anticipate returning for another stay and dining experience here!

Malgré le coût de pub qu’a voulu ce faire le guide Michelin, l’expérience à Châteauvieux est toujours excellente, le personnel est très professionnel et accueillant, et les plats cuisinés sont toujours d’une grande qualité. Merci au Chef Philippe Chevrier

A great place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and obviously the great food- service is just great all the way maybe except the young sommelier which have a tendency to be French wine snob .. but overall a great experience , really great food and authentic setting - be aware of the price which are on the high side of the market

Emplacement privilégié en amont côté sud ouest en regard du lac Léman et en face du Salve. Cependant le bruit des avions au départ de ou arrivée à Cointrin est souvent gênant.
Accueil et service parfaits. Prix des chambres parfois trop élevé.
