With a large terrace overlooking Lake Geneva, the restaurant lives up to its name. It is also from the lake that the perch fillets come, at least in theory. The rest of the menu, which is rather small, includes classics such as beef tartar as well as more sophisticated dishes such as scallops and salmon confit with sour cream or sea bass with lemon zest and fresh thyme, not to mention a few tasty desserts. As for the setting, on the edge of the lake, it is unique, as always.
