At 22 km from Antsirabe on the road to Morondava, Betafo(Where there are many roofs) is a village representative of the habitat of the Highlands: carmine houses, red tile roofs... Near the square, standing stones perpetuate the memory of the local lords. It is a pleasant village and from where it is possible to make some beautiful walks. The mountain bike is pleasant to go to the waterfalls, shortly after on the road to Morondava. You can also reach the hot springs, 3 km north of the village.
