Vietnamese restaurant

There is a plethora of Southeast Asian restaurants in Kathmandu and Patan, and this one is an excellent address. For a change from Himalayan specialties, head for Vietnam. We love the fresh spring rolls, the succulent glass noodles (made from mung bean flour), the crispy meats and, of course, the pho soups, drizzled with vegetables, chosen from a handful of appetizing suggestions. The Vietnamese in the kitchen here are truly gifted at delivering tasty, authentic cuisine, served in a pretty garden.
