A gourmet address in the Old Village of Bromont, the table of chef Anthony Mesko (former Bouillon Bilk and Groupe Europea) relies on a wild and local cuisine that draws on hunting, fishing and gathering. Thus, wild mushrooms, wild berries, artisan cheeses, fish from lakes and rivers, game and other local delicacies are found in slate. In the glass, only organic, living and natural products from Quebec, but also from the United States, Europe and South Africa (also selected by glass).
