TEXAS HILLS VINEYARDS

The farm is located 3 miles east of Johnson City. The location seems perfect for producing wine: excellent sun exposure and guaranteed coolness from the nearby Perdernales Valley. The house is open to the public to come and learn about this particular wine, including Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese and Tempranillo. Tasting sessions are organized on request. There is also an opportunity to try cheeses and Texas sausages to accompany the glass of wine. The property's gardens are particularly pleasant.
