Originally, it was a butcher's and grocer's store with a stand offering several local specialties such as boudin, cracklins (fried pork fat) or fried bread filled with seafood. Since 2019, the place has occupied much larger premises. A typical Breaux Bridge address. Lunch at Charlie T's is guaranteed to fill up on calories, but also to enjoy fresh, local cuisine, as all the meat comes from the butcher's department.
