Originally, it was a butchery-grocery store with a stand offering several local specialties such as blood sausage, cracklins (fried pork fat) or fried bread filled with seafood. Since 2019, the place occupies much larger premises. Probably the most typical address in Breaux Bridge. Lunch at Charlie T's is the assurance to fill up on calories, but also to taste a local and fresh cuisine, all the meat coming from the butchery department.
