On the Orla Bardot, in the pousada dos Gravatas, the Salt is a restaurant with blue and white colours of fusion cuisine, masterfully run by chef Ricardo Gomes Ferreira, himself trained at the school of Alain Ducasse. Risottos and pasta are available in many forms, as are fish and meat (cod with mustard, lobster medallion with Parma ham, duck breast with strawberry coulis, filet mignon with Sicilian lemon risotto). A tasty address with a nice view from the terrace.
