François and his son Xavier cultivate their 13 hectares biodynamically, a commitment made in 1969 after a decisive turning point: the poisoning of Eugène, the visionary patriarch, by an insecticide. Since then, no chemicals, just respect for the living and exceptional wines. A must-taste: the refined Riesling QVX 2014, aged 15 months on lees in oak barrels, and the vibrant Crémant Blanc de Noirs Brut, the signature of their cellar.
