Domaine Dirler-Cadé: natural wines in Alsace, biodynamically cultivated since 1998 on the exceptional terroirs of the Grands Crus.

"Natural wines, fine wines" is the motto of Domaine Dirler-Cadé. Nestled in the heart of Alsace's Grands Crus, Jean and Ludivine craft wines with a crystalline soul, a pure reflection of the Bundsandstein's siliceous soils. On 18 hectares, farmed biodynamically since 1998, each grape is hand-harvested, gently pressed and then sublimated by 10 months' ageing on lees. The result? Vibrant, precise cuvées of rare elegance. Dare to experiment: push open the cellar door and let yourself be guided through a tasting where each wine tells the story of its terroir
