Biodynamic wines of Alsace: Céline Loberger sublimates the Grands Crus Kitterle, Saering and Spiegel with passion and authenticity!

Hold on to your hats, it's uphill at the Loberger family! With vines perched at heights of up to 480 m and 60% slopes, Céline and her father Jean-Jacques master the art of organic and biodynamic farming on 8 sun-drenched hectares. On the Grands Crus Kitterle, Saering and Spiegel, Céline infuses her energy and sensitivity, creating wines as vibrant as she is. A particular favorite is her Pinot Gris Grand Cru Saering Cuvée Florian, a suave explosion of peach and apricot. Audacity, terroir and femininity: this is Alsace at its best!

Merci à Céline pour cette superbe dégustation de ses vins familiaux en biodynamie. Elle nous a fait profiter de ses explications de vinification sur chaque vin dégusté, avec passion et amicalité. On a eu la chance de passer au caveau quand elle s'y trouvait, prévoyez plutôt de l'appeler pour programmer une dégustation. Des vins aux nez très floraux et de belles découvertes comme leur muscat ou les vins oranges. Une magnifique expérience. Merci encore !

Bonjour ce midi je deguste un muscat 2022,vielle vigne, un parfum puissant, très fruité en bouche, pour un vin sec sur des huiles, c est un pur plaisir à boire sans modération, très peu charger en sulfites.
Bref un vin qui devrait être remboursé par la sécu !????????????
