8 miles southeast of Lancaster. Created in the th century, the village of Strasburg was first used as a stage for the carriages that travelled from Lancaster to Philadelphia. At that time many hostels and taverns settled there, driving the life of the village. In 1795, Strasburg was transformed by the arrival of the railway. It is also today that attracts so many tourists on the spot.
