With six establishments to his credit, Alain Rebert is well known in the Colmar region. And with good reason! The Beblenheim bakery is a case in point: viennoiseries, pastries, breads and snacks are all homemade, using quality ingredients such as 100% French wheat flour. Soft brioches, crisp croissants, strawberry shortcakes and Paris-Brest are all on offer, along with other classics that are sometimes revisited. Bonus: the bakery offers a terrace in addition to a spacious, modern tea room, just like the store itself.
