Denis Wurtz has a degree in oenology and manages his beautiful 10 ha estate. He produces wines that are highly appreciated for their straightforwardness. Some good wines to taste during your visit: Pinot Noir (excellent wine for ageing in oak barrels), Héphaïstos (100% pinot blanc, gris and noir), Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives (racy, powerful and concentrated). Note that the Domaine de la Vieille Forge has a very picturesque gîte that can accommodate 5 guests in complete comfort.

This cheese dairy is run by cheese refiners from Munster: Anne and Cyril Lang know their field inside out! Matured or fresh cheeses, raw milk or pasteurized milk, there is something for everyone here and if you feel lost, don't panic, the team of the cheese dairy will advise you perfectly. You will surely find what you are looking for, as with the "chauffe-moi", a munster type cheese that will sublimate your winter evenings.

This family estate of 9 ha is managed by Franck Hartweg who produces quality wines, often acclaimed by the critics, including several from great growths, such as Mandelberg and Sonnenglantz. Frank will welcome you with his legendary smile to offer you to taste his wines. The Muscat " Gourmandise de Lisa " 2020 has been awarded 2 stars in the Guide Hachette 2023, the Pinot Noir " Prestige du Chat Noir 2020 " and the Gewurztraminer " Grand Cru Sonnenglantz " 2020 have been awarded 1 star each, a beautiful winning trio to taste urgently !

With six establishments to his credit, Alain Rebert is renowned in the Colmar region. And for good reason! The bakery in Beblenheim is an example: pastries, breads or snacks, everything is homemade with quality ingredients like 100% French wheat flour. Soft brioches, crispy croissants, strawberries, paris-brest are offered as well as other classics sometimes revisited. The plus: the bakery offers a terrace in addition to its spacious and modern tea room, just like the store.

Founded in 1680 by Pierre Sparr, this venerable House produces a beautiful range of wines: Terroirs and lieux-dits, Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, Sélections de Grains Nobles, Crémants d'Alsace. You can discover these excellent wines at the cellar, 14 rue de Hoen, or at the store on the Wine Route. I especially like the Pinot Gris Grand Cru Mambourg and the Crémant Brut Clos Sainte Odile (100% chardonnay, vinified as an extra-brut): two little wonders with incomparable flavors!
