Founded in the early 20th century by the Griffon couple, the bakery has now been run by Nathalie and Stéphane Revelle for over 25 years! The couple continue to produce the wood-fired specialties for which the establishment is famous: folded bread, gâche, the famous brioches, baguettes and special breads... Reçue comme un chien dans un jeu de quilles ! Comme toujours en fait. C'est la qualité du pain qui fait venir, pas l'amabilité de la patronne. Qui de plus devrait avoir plus d'hygiène (tablier plus que sale).

Un lieu hors du temps où l’on fait une brioche unique et tellement bonne ! Le décoration du lieu est une découverte et permet de trouver toute sortes de produits du terroir local.
