Paul Owen's restaurant, set in a beautiful 19th-century mansion with a breathtaking view over the Tywi estuary, is often fully booked. It's a well-deserved success for this chef, who made his name at London's Ritz, and who makes a point of working with and reinventing the best of Welsh terroir. You can also come for breakfast and enjoy delicious eggs Benedict followed by pancakes with maple syrup... Divine! Plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. Excellent wine list. The Mansion House also has a number of guest rooms.
