In a beautiful 19th century residence with a breathtaking view of the Tywi estuary, Paul Owen's restaurant is often full. A deserved success for this chef who has proven himself at the Ritz in London, and who is putting the finishing touches on working and reinventing the best of the Welsh countryside. You can also come for breakfast and enjoy delicious Benedictine eggs and maple syrup pancakes... Divine! Divine! Many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. Nice wine list. The Mansion House also has a few rooms.

De passage à Carmarthen, on s'est rendu chez Mansion. Le cadre de ce resto m'a vraiment plu. Très très agréable.
