Dominique Persoone is certainly the most subversive of Belgian chocolatiers. Ganache with peas, praline with olive oil or cabernet-sauvignon vinegar: this virtuoso has no qualms about his creations. Unusual pairings (the Chill-Pill with apple gel and grass), games with alcohol (the Satisfaction with Crystal Head vodka, strawberry and kaffir lime). But the most astonishing of his creations is the Chocolate Shooter, which catapults cocoa powder (flavored with raspberry or mint-ginger) into your nostrils. Rock'n'roll!

A découvrir absolument.
Si vous aimez les chocolats sortant de l'ordinaire, ce chocolatier deviendra votre préféré. Les pralines aux saveurs improbables sont délicieuses. En plus les chocolats sont beaux, ont hésite presque à les déguster. L'entrée de la boutique est de plus spectaculaire et on voit les chocolatiers en plein travail.

Excellents chocolats !!! Originaux, beaux et bons , il faut absolument goûter ses chocolats.
Les associations sont étonnantes : chocolats aux oignions frits , à la feuille de cigare havane , au cannabis et j'en passe !
Les tarifs sont très corrects comparé aux boutiques avoisinantes.
