First of all, these waffles are simply pretty since they are shaped like a piece of Bruges lace and then, when tasted, they are wonderfully light and greedy. To devour on the go or in the dining room for the "spicy" versions but always with healthy ingredients (goji berries, nuts, homemade ice cream). Otto Waffle Atelier is the real waffle made in Bruges.
