Hotel in Bruges built in an old aristocratic mansion offering a varied and neat buffet.

As soon as you cross the porch, a special atmosphere emanates from this small hotel run for nearly fifteen years by a very nice couple. In this old patrician house, two floors renovated, only a handful of rooms, comfort at a low price, especially the small doubles under the roofs. The breakfast room, adorned with a chandelier, marble fireplace with rococo chandeliers and antique furniture, leaves an unforgettable memory. As for the buffet, varied and neat, it is worthy of a luxury hotel.

Super gelegen mit sehr netten und Kompetenten Inhabern, welche einem auch direkt die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erklären. Zimmer relativ neu und Frühstück sehr gut, danke fürs Omelette. Gerne wieder sollte ich mal wieder vor Ort sein

Verzorgde kamers, fijn ontbijtbuffet, ontbijtruimte volledig in kerstsfeer, goede service, op loopafstand van de stad,parkeergarage. Zeker een aanrader. We gaan zeker nog eens terug

I have been here many years ago and it was an unpleasant experience. They use to have cameras in the breakfast room to check how much you eat, how many napkins you use, how many tea bags. We got charged (I think 10€) because a friend couldn't it for breakfast and took a piece of bread to eat later. And they charged for that and for one tea bag. The check out was also unpleasant. Why I am writing this now? Because I remembered how beautiful was Bruges, how happy I was that winter and I got curious to come to read reviews.
I am not surprised that people still write that the owners are horrible people. They are also rude in answering to the bad reviews.
I am expecting a rude answer now :D. Some people should just avoid working in hospitality.
