Beautifull Hotel, very close to all the sites at Brügge. The owners are extremly helpfull and nice. We loved the diner at the Restaurant that was exceptional. We will come back, we really loved this wonderfull Hotel

Voor 300 euro per nacht...... het was stof eten op de kamer vol tapijt. Ontbijt was pover en precies geen vers brood. Parking was te klein en te duur. Wel rustig op de kamers maar lakens niet proper.

From start to finish, my partner and I were blown away with Everything to do with this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite, the room was cosy, comfy and perfect for what we needed and the location was brilliant. I’ve been to Bruges a few times now and I’ve found quite a few of the hotels can be hit or miss…. This hotel hits the nail on the head.

All in all it was fine.
The main house is really nice, but we stayed in the annex. Nice linen and very comfy beds, but the walls are very thin and you hear a lot of your neighbours. Parking on site is 25€ per night, recommend to stay at the almost half price public parking a few hundred metres away instead.

Worst hotel experience in Europe. Frank was rude and hostile to us when we asked to be moved rooms because the walls are paper thin. Avoid this over priced joke of a hotel at all Costs! How about the 25 euro con per day for parking when it’s free out on the street.

Tolles Haus, etwas mehr Einsatz/Aufmerksamkeit des Personals wäre wünschenswert, schönes Zimmer mit Abzug für Bad und Geruch im Bad. Leider ohne Vorwarnung morgens Bauarbeiten direkt vor der Zimmertür. Bei dem Preis und dem Ambiente geht mehr, vorallem bei der Kommunikation. Preise abends / Restaurant sehr hoch.

I give this place a 1 star overall. And I'll explain why. Firstly, my partner and I got there as early as we expected, told the bloke at the counter to which he replied,' Your room will be ready at 3pm' as we expected, so we went on a walk for a few hours to get to grips with the area as we were visiting for the Christmas fair. Well, when we returned to the hotel for 3, we were then told 'the room wouldn't be ready until 4pm, would we like a drink while we wait', naturally expecting the cup of tea and half a pint of beer to be complimentary for the extra HOUR wait we had falling asleep in the waiting room. The room was terrible, the walls were like paper, and the creature above could clearly be heard early morning waking us up walking about. No real tea facilities, you must go down to the lobby for that. Then you are expected to pay 25 euros a night for parking, when parking on the street is free. Anyway, upon checking out, the receptionist charged us for the drinks. Then, when confronted, his reply was,' we did our job and informed you the room would be late ' when we got there at 3, that was by the arrogant receptionist. Bare in mind this place is 150 euro + a night right. They want 30 euro for their breakfast, which we obviously declined. Needless to say, save your money and go elsewhere. And if it's for a Christmas market, go to Rochester in Kent England its 10x better. The beers have heads like ice creams, and the food is ALL the same. Overall, don't bother with Brugge its boring.

Hôtel dans une rue calme mais à proximité immédiate du centre.
Propre et belle chambre, cependant nous avons eu une chambre sur rue et même avec les fenêtres fermées nous entendons la circulation.
Il n’y a quasiment jamais personne à l’accueil, pour contacter une personne de l’hôtel nous devons les appeler sur un numéro pour qu’ils se rendent à l’accueil ( manque d’effectif peut-être?)
Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est beau , mordent, propre et avec un parfum d’ambiance agréable.

Wollten eigentlich nach unseren ersten drei Nächten noch eine Nacht dranhängen, weil es so schön war. Leider hatten sie keine Betten mehr frei.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Opgelet als je een bongo bon gebruikt. Wij zijn net terug van een overnachting in dit hotel. We hadden op voorhand het hotel even opgezocht en waren best onder de indruk van de kamers die op website staan.

Onze bon was een overnachting in een superior kamer. De persoon achter de balie bracht ons naar een ‘chalet’ in de tuin. Dit leek helemaal niet op de kamers die je op de website zag. Deze kamer was afgeleefd en beschikte niet over airco. Je kan de ruiten openzetten maar dan kan iedereen binnenkijken dat langs het huisje wandelt. Ik zei meteen tegen mijn echtgenote “dit is de bongo bon kamer’.

Wanneer ik hierover een opmerking gaf werd er een nieuwe kamer aangeboden maar hiervoor moest ik 60 euro opleggen. Het was enorm warm dus heb ik dit toegezegd zodat we die nacht toch goed zouden slapen.

Je kan je nu afvragen: hoe kan dit? Waarom moet je 60 euro voor een superior kamer bijbetalen als de titel op de bon “overnachting in een superior kamer” is? Na enig opzoekwerk had ik de kamer gevonden, maar niet op hun eigen website. Blijkbaar noemen ze deze kamer de romantische superior tuinkamer. Heel slim want zo kan je natuurlijk niet klagen want het is een superior kamer. Deze is natuurlijk wel van een lagere categorie.

Met de bon bij heeft de overnachting in totaal dus 343 euro gekost. Dit is inclusief parking (25 euro per nacht).

Het hotel oogt mooi, en het ontbijt is zeker in orde! Onze nieuwe (normale) kamer voldeed aan de verwachtingen en was proper. Ook de locatie is zeker in orde.

Nadeel:
-kamers zijn zeer gehorig. Onze bovenburen kwamen rond 01u aan en je kon het gesprek bijna meevolgen.
-vanaf een bepaald uur kan je niet meer naar de parking van het hotel. De deur naar de tuin was alleszins gesloten. Heel lastig als je dus nog iets vergeten bent zoals bij mij het geval was. Indien dit toch mogelijk was is het niet goed uitgelegd of aangegeven.
-je kan vanaf een bepaald uur dus ook niet rustig in de mooie tuin zitten. Indien je een roker bent of dergelijke moet je dus op straat gaan staan.

Dit hotel is dus wel aan te raden als je een weekend naar Brugge gaat. Maar niet als je een bon hebt om hier te overnachten. Daardoor zal ook ik hier geen tweede keer komen omdat dit naar mijn inziens bedrog is.

Zeer verzorgd hotel! Een oase van rust in het centrum van Brugge. Uitgebreid ontbijt met pannenkoekjes, spek, witte pens, bonen, verschillende eiergerechten en zelfs een chocoladefontein!
