An extraordinary culinary experience. Here, everything is raw: chef Bruno Timperman, his seasonal cuisine and his local! Bruno is a self-taught chef, a lover of Bruges with boundless creativity. Destined to be a perfumer, he tunes his dishes to the nose. His inspiration comes directly from nature. Each dish is accompanied by a story, and nothing is left to chance. The sommelier will recommend carefully sourced natural wines. The flavors are pronounced and the combinations are original, so you should remember them for a long time!

Leuke setting met top bediening en vooral super lekker eten. Een nieuw favorietje

Smaakvolle, creatieve en met expertise bereide maaltijden van hoog niveau. Fantastische wijncombinaties. De zaal is klein en dat draagt bij aan de sfeer. De prijzen zijn in verhouding met de uitstekende kwaliteit.

We enjoyed the Belgiantwist menu. Food paired with Georgean natural wines.

Bruno presented his new dishes and menu, a fusion of Belgian and Georgian ingredients
@wurdemanjohn from @pheasants_tears and @madskleppe former sommelier @nomacph did a marvellous wine pairing

My personal favourites were the Flaxseed cracker with North sea shrimp paired with #tsolikouri 2021
Salted beets surrounded with ferments and horse radish paired with somewhat aged #khivikvi 2019
Another top pairing of the evening was definitively the Wild hare chocolate dry aged, with red cabbage, plums and smoked foie gras with #saparavi 2021

To finish off with Bruno's Kiss my chestnuts paired with a #chinuri #petnat @iagos_winery

Interested design of the food.. It looks pretty... but we didn't really like the taste, size of portions, quality of products and atmosphere was to much urban.. also music in techno style was not really on our taste.. service was great!

Ce fut un véritable régal, d’une finesse incomparable. Tout était parfait.
