In all, there are 23 downhill ski runs, a huge toboggan run over 1.8 km long and a Freestyle Park. Not to mention 230 km of cross-country ski trails (34 km of which are illuminated). There are plenty of surprises in store at Saariselkä ski resort! Plus: the toboggan run, the longest in the country, is lit up at night! Ski school with 90-minute lessons for children and adults. In summer: bike rental and slopes.

They gave me broken equipment, I wasted all my skiing time to go back and have it changed, I asked for some refund and they neglected.
My stick broke in the middle of skiing, very dangerous.

I had a wonderful time snowboarding at the resort this past week. The views at the top are so beautiful, and I was lucky enough to enjoy a spectacular sunset while I was there. The staff are warm and friendly, and always willing to help! A special shoutout to Tommy for being an awesome snowboarding instructor and videographer, and to Tom as well for looking out for me on the slopes! :)
