In 1989, Saara Mehtäjärvi created this restaurant that pays homage to her by offering a cuisine that highlights Scandinavian products by the fire. The dishes are superb and delicious: both the cep soup and the fish of the day. For the sweet side, the mille-feuille and the chocolate fondant are exquisite. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and one spends a pleasant evening there.
